| Delivery Schedule. We will normally dispatch your order to you in two business days. International orders are processed in a similar time but obviously take a little longer. They are generally received in under ten working days depending on location.
However please be aware that for out of stock items delivery may take upto 28 days. We will get your order to you a lot quicker than this in the vast majority of cases but please be patient. You must inform us within as soon as possible if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. |
